Hailing from Kerala, Siju started his career from his home club SNSAC Puthiyatura. The stint at his home club gave him a chance to play in local tournaments when he was in 9th standard and this helped him to improve his skills. The turning point in his career was the decision he made, to join MSPHSS Malappuram. He got the oppurtunity to play in National School Games twice during his MSP career.
Siju has played in U16 I-League with Kovalam FC and has made appearance in U18 I-League with MSP Football Academy and Gokulam Kerala FC youth team. He has won the U17 National School Games in the 2017-18 year. Along with that he was part of the team which emerged as second runners-up in U19 National School Games in 2018-19. MSPHSS team was the runners-up of Reliance Foundation Cup held on 2018-19 and Siju was a part of the team. He was with Kottayam District team who became runners-up in 56th Inter District State Football Championship (2019-20).
Speaking about his coaches, Siju mentioned two names, Vipin Mariadas who was his first coach and Binoy C James who coached him at MSPHSS Malappuram. Both of them has played a major role to mould Siju as a professional footballer. This young central defender is really good at aerial duels where his heading ability comes to play. He is strong enough to dribble past opponent players and also have ability to do clean tackles.
"In my new club I expect to improve my skills and that will help me to achieve my dreams. "- says Siju about his expectations, playing for Kerala United FC.
