Harisankar,who currently plays both as a left midfielder and central midfielder started footballing at the age of 12.He trained at Sept Academy, Kozhikode in his early career. To pursue his studies,he joined GV Raja Sports school,which is famous for its contribution of young athletes.He continued training under Kerala Sports Council,Pathanamthitta and later he joined Ernakulam Sports Council during his graduation.
On his playing style, he revealed his desire to bring creativity in the midfield.
He said, "l love to play in the centre of pitch and always contribute more towards attacking"
He is confident about his shooting ability. He said, "Currently I'm specialising on free kicks and i always put the effort to threaten opposition with long range shots.I rely mainly on my speed and dribbling skills to keep the ball moving forward."
When asked about his decision to join KUFC, he seems to have a clear vison about his future as it is evident from his reply, "I believe that joining KUFC will become an important decision in my career and i will fight for getting into the first eleven. Hopefully,i will be able to win the KPL trophy with the team".
KUFC is thriving to reach the top under the famous United group who owns major clubs like Sheffield United. The club shows the right intend by signing energetic players like Harisankar who can help the side move an inch closer towards achieving glory.
