Triple Tuesday For Pre-season friendlies

 

The 7th season of the ISL is in the offing and all the teams are ongoing with their pre-season training. All the squads are playing inter-team matches to not violate the covid 19 protocols. The Pre-season friendlies are also helping the coaching staff to understand and ponder upon their strongest 11 and to finalize their tactics for the forthcoming season.


Now let's have a look at the different pre-season matches that are happening on Tuesday, November 10th, 2020:


SC EAST BENGAL VS KERALA BLASTERS FC :

According to reports new entrants, East Bengal is likely to play their first pre-season match against Kbfc on Tuesday. The match will be key to East Bengal head coach Robbie Fowler to understand the team he has got. At the same time, Kerala Blasters who have already completed two pre-season matches are all set to face East Bengal. New coach Kibu Vicuna will be continuing to experiment with the squad.

East Bengal will be focused more on giving chances to Indian players while Kbfc is likely to play their foreigners for the first time in pre-season. 

The match will be played in Goa.



ODISHA FC VS MUMBAI CITY FC:

Next up is Odisha vs Mumbai, MFC has already completed two preseason matches whilst it will be the first time Odisha will be on the field. The match will be a test for the young guns of Odisha to showcase their traits in front of head coach Stuart Baxter and to earn their spot in the final 11. Mumbai under Sergio Lobera will be focused on finding the right combinations in the team. 

Foreign Players are likely to play for both teams. Odisha might play the first half with a full Indian lineup.



NORTH EAST UNITED FC VS JAMSHEDPUR:

The third match of the day witness Neufc take on Jamshedpur. Both the teams have undergone massive changes and will be looking forward to utilizing the pre-season to strike the right balance in their squad.

Jamshedpur had earlier played a match against FC Goa in pre-season, although they were the losing side there were a lot of positives to be noted from the game. North East will be aspiring to start their pre-season with a win.

Both the squads will be giving the Indian Squad more chances, the teams are likely to field a few foreigners too. 

The match will be played in Goa behind closed doors.
